Mit unserem eigenen Werkzeugbau für Presswerkzeuge sind wir in der Lage neue Werkzeuge innerhalb kürzester Zeit zu realisieren. Das Strangpressen von Aluminiumprofilen ist ein Verformungsprozess. Dabei werden erhitzte Aluminiumbolzen (ca. 500 °C) mittels hydraulischer Pressen durch vorgewärmte Werkzeuge zu einem Profil gepresst. Anspruchsvolle Aluminiumprofile erfordern deshalb höchste Präzision, schon während des Werkzeugbaus. Beim Werkzeug sprechen wir aus diesem Grund auch vom "Herzstück" eines jeden Strangpressprofils. Qualität, Präzision und Erfahrung beim Werkzeugbau sind daher entscheidende Parameter für unsere hochkomplexen Aluminiumprofile. Mit unseren eigenen CAD-Konstrukteuren und Entwicklungstechnikern sind wir in der Lage, selbst Profile mit komplizierten Querschnitten und Verhältnissen zu pressen. For example, this poster frame can be used in the entrance area and sales rooms of companies, retailers, banks and public authorities. This poster frame is characterised by its high-quality workmanship and its silver anodised profile. The aluminium click frame is optionally available with mitred corners or chrome-coloured rondo corners. The cover foils used are made of anti-reflective, UV-stabilised material, which prevents the posters from fading. Furthermore, the anti-reflective coating of the foils - even in sunlight - ensures that the inserts are much easier to read. The rear wall of the click frame is made of weather-resistant polystyrene. The folding technique of the frames guarantees a quick change of the inserts. For the optimal clamping effect even after years, clamping springs made of spring steel are always used.

Due to its weather-resistant polystyrene back panels and the 25mm profile, this A-board is one of our lighter display stands in this segment, making it ideal for windless locations or indoor areas. The lower weight does not reduce its stability. The used, narrow aluminium profiles and the installed high-quality hinges, which ensure the longevity of the display through a first-class processing, guarantee timeless elegance and straight design at the same time. The user-friendly exchange of your posters and inserts is easily and quickly accomplished by folding up the profiles. Extra-strong, anti-reflective cover films made of UV-stabilised material are used to protect the posters. For an optimal, long-lasting clamping effect, we always use clamping springs made of steel.

This information stand has a total height of approx. 1800 mm. Due to its size, this stand is excellently perceived by people and visitors. As a pavement sign, it also draws the attention of passers by to your advertising message from both directions. We use only high quality materials for this poster stand. The base frame and click frame on both sides are made of silver anodised aluminium with chrome coloured rounded corners. The aluminium click frames are equipped with polystyrene back panels and anti-reflective and UV stabilised covers to protect the posters. The UV stabilisation prevents the posters from fading and the anti-reflective coating improves the legibility of the inserts without light reflection. The snap technology of the frames guarantees a quick change of the inserts.
